Ripon Barracks Survey

A summary of the current situation:

A proposed development of 1300 houses (aprox 3,700 people) to be built by 2035. The original plan proposed 800 houses.

A convenience store.

A primary school to be built in the final phase.

A community centre.

A small industrial estate of 2 hectares. The original plan was for 11 hectares.

Improved road junctions at Low Skelgate, Palace Road and Coltsgate Hill and improved cycling and pedestrian routes to the city centre but no other road improvements.
